About the Music

About the Chef

The live entertainment for this year's dinner will be provided by fiddle player Jim Blair.   Jim lived in Scotland with his parents for 7 1/2 years and played with the Riddell Fiddles group out of Selkirk, Scotland.   Jim plays Celtic fiddle and played in Scotland, the Shetland Islands, and many other places.  He has his Great Grandpa Blair's fiddle.  His great grandfather played in the Ethel-Salkum- Onalaska areas in the early 1900's through the 1930's for many a barn dance.
